摘    要:以6-甲基烟酸甲酯为起始原料,经过还原、氧化、Wittig反应合成了标题化合物,3步总收率66.7%,产品经1HNMR和元素分析表征。该方法具有操作简单、成本低等优点,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:2-Methyl-5-vinylpyridine was synthesized via reduction,oxidation and Wittig reaction by using methyl 6-methylnicotinate as the starting material.The total yield over three steps was 66.7%.The structure of the product was confirmed by 1HNMR and elementary analysis.This method shows many advantages,such as easy operation and low cost,which can be feasible to large scale preparation.
