高强混凝土填芯砌块砌体受压性能的研究

摘    要:对 96个高强混凝土填芯砌块砌体试件的受压性能进行了试验研究。研究发现 ,采用砌块强度≥MU15 ,砌筑砂浆≥M10 ,填芯混凝土≥C2 0的砌体试件进行受压试验 ,利用砌体结构设计规范中的相关公式计算高强混凝土砌块砌体的抗压强度偏高 ,弹性模量偏小 ,不安全。说明规范公式已不适用于高强混凝土砌块砌体力学指标的计算。为此提出了计算高强混凝土砌块砌体力学性能指标的建议公式 ,经试验验证 ,计算值与试验结果符合较好 ,且偏于安全

Abstract:specimens of high strength concrete small sized grouted block masonry were tested. It is found that compressive strength is higher and modulus is lower than that of test results, using the formulas of the code of design for masonry structure as mortar strength M exceed 10MPa and block strength MU exceed 15 MPa. It shows that the formulas of the code is not suitable to the high strength concrete block masonry. So a new formulas for calculating compressive strength and modulus of elasticity is presented. Reasonably good agreement has been found between calculation and test result in experimental verified and results is safety.
