摘    要:建立单跨、四圆盘结构的高速气体静压轴承-转子系统试验台,对系统的碰磨故障进行了试验研究。在试验过程中,呈现了轴向碰磨与径向碰磨,低频引起的碰磨与工频引起的碰磨等碰磨故障现象,通过分析系统振动信号的频谱特性、轴心运动轨迹、分岔图、伯德图及时间-频率-幅值三维谱图等给出了各种碰磨故障的典型特征,并分析了轴向碰磨与径向碰磨,低频引起的碰磨与工频引起的碰磨等碰磨故障之间的特征区别。为碰磨故障的识别与碰磨故障诊断系统的建立提供了一些试验依据。

Abstract:Based on the structure of single span, four disk, the high-speed aerostatic bearing-rotor system test-bed is established and the rubbing fault of the system was researched. In the test, axial rubbing, radial rubbing, rubbing caused by low frequency and rubbing caused by working frequency have been presented. When the frequency fpectrum characters, shaft orbit, bifurcation diagram and time-frequency-amplitude waterfall diagrams have been analyzed, the typical features of all kinds of rubbing fault are given and the difference between them were analyzed. The experiment basis for rubbing fault identification and establishment of the diagnosis system is provided.
