预加氢反应器焊缝裂纹的安全性评定

摘    要:根据BS7910-99《焊接结构缺陷验收评定方法指南》和《压力容器缺陷评定》对一台预加氢反应器筒体焊缝中裂纹进行了安全性评定,得出在正常操作条件下,还是安全 的。但考虑到裂纹可能继续扩展,建议尽快更新或返修。

Abstract:According to BS7910-99 Guide on methods for assessing the acceptability of flaws in metallic structures and Assessment of defects of pressure vessel, the welding flaws of pre-hydrogenating reactor cylinder are assessed. Under normal operation condition, the reactor is safe. But in consideration of the expanding of these flaws, some suggestions for the future service of the reactor are proposed.
