| 摘 要： | 规划实施是政府实现控制城市发展的过程,规划实施监督是对这种控制过程的反馈与再控制。当前,城市规划表现出“世俗化”、“自由化”、“消费化”的倾向,规划实施监督应有针对性地加强科学性、系统性。

| Abstract: | Implementation of planning is the course ofcontrol over urban development by the government.Supervision on the implementation of planning is thefeedback and recontrol by the government oversuch course of control.At the moment,there is atendency of being"vulgar","free"and"consumption-oriented"in city planning.Therefore supervision overthe implementation of planning should be purposelyaiming at the strengthening of its scientificness andsystematicness.[ |
