铸造CAD/CAE系统研究及应用

摘    要:以Pro/E生成铸件三维模型(包含铸造工艺信息),基于MAGMAsoft进行凝固过程数值模拟,以便校核和优化工艺设计。根据模拟结果,找出了铸件铸造缺陷产生的原因,并通过修改工艺参数对工艺进行了改进和优化,制定出了合理的工艺方案。

Abstract:In this paper, the three-dimensional model contained foundry technical information is created by Pro/E software, and then the numerical simulation of solidification process is carried out based on MAGMAsoft, so that the verification and optimization of technical design can be achieved. According to the simulation results, the reasons of casting defects can be found, and by modifying the processing parameters, the process can be optimized and improved. Finally, a reasonable technology program can be brought forward.
