预聚DAIP浇铸成型工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了间苯二甲酸二烯丙烯(DAIP)的成型工艺对浇铸体力学性能的影响,对DAIP进行预聚可使浇铸体的力学性能得到一定程度的改善,当DAIP预聚至凝胶状时浇铸体的冲击强度可提高2倍多,弯曲强度也有所上升,但热变温度(HDT)变化不大;扫描电子显微镜对浇铸体冲击断面的观察显示:将DAIP预聚至凝胶状态有利于冲击断面璎珞状裂纹的产生。

Abstract:The effect of formimg process of diallyl isophthalate( DAIP) on mechanical properties of the casting was examined. The prepolymerization of DAIP can make the mechanical properties of the castings get some improvements. When DAIP is prepolymerized to be gellike, the impact strength can be increased to over two times, the bending strength is slightly increased, and the heat distortion temperature (HDT) is not changed basicaly. The SEM appearance of ruptured surfaces for impacting of the castings showed that the prepolymerized gellike DAIP is beneficial to producing of fringed crackings on ruptured surfaces.
