水平井整体压裂矩形联合井网电模拟试验研究

摘    要:水平井压裂以往只是作为单井增产的一项措施,没有考虑其对注采井网的影响。鉴于此,对水平井注采井网的整体压裂进行了研究。从压裂技术角度考虑,设计了水平井整体压裂矩形联合井网,应用水电相似原理,通过电模拟试验,研究了水平井整体压裂矩形联合井网的渗流场特征和水平井压裂产能,并对裂缝参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:水平井矩形联合井网注水压力波及范围扩大,产能增加1.5~2.0倍;裂缝数量增加有利于提高注水效率,在水平段长度相同的情况下,每增加1条裂缝,油井就增产0.3~0.5倍;注水水平井的水平段越长,水驱前缘波及范围及水驱控制程度越高。研究结果表明,水平井整体压裂矩形联合井网比普通井网有较大优势。

Abstract:Horizontal well fracturing had been used only as a measure for single well stimulation without considering its effect on injection-production pattern,therefore,this paper provided research on integral fracturing.From the viewpoint of fracturing,horizontal well integral fracturing with rectangular combined well pattern was designed.Based on the principle of water/electricity analogy and the electric simulation experiment,the seepage flow characteristics of rectangular combined well pattern and the productivity of horizontal well were simulated,and the parameters of fracturing were optimized.The results showed that the transformed well pattern had broadened the swept range of injection pressure,productivity increased 1.5-2.0 times;the increase in fracture number was favorable for the improvement of injection efficiency,for the same length of horizontal section,the productivity of oil well would increase 0.3-0.5 times if one crack was added;the longer the horizontal section of injection well was,the bigger the swept range of water-flooding front,and the higher the control degree of water flooding.This showed that horizontal well integral fracturing of rectangular combined well pattern was better than that of conventional well pattern.
