摘    要:为了提高宣页1井二开井段印渚埠组地层的机械钻速、减小井斜角,以加强PDC钻头的稳定性、耐磨性、降斜性为设计目标,设计出了新型311.1 mm六刀翼PDC钻头。设计钻头时采用了小锥角、浅内锥冠部及短保径、短接头结构、高密度布齿、硬质合金限位减振齿等方法。设计的PDC钻头配合垂直钻井系统AVDS,在宣页1井805.61~1 017.18 m井段进行了现场应用,平均机械钻速达到3.28 m/h,与同地层常规PDC钻头相比提高8.61%;最小井斜角达到1.09°,与常规PDC钻头钻进井段相比减小明显,井斜问题得到了很好的控制。现场应用表明,设计的新型PDC钻头具有较好的井斜控制能力、稳定性及岩石切削效果,可达到防斜打快的目的。

Abstract:In order to improve the ROP and reduce the deviation angle in Yinzhubu Formation during the 2nd spud section of Well Xuanye 1,a new 311.1 mm six blade PDC bit was designed with better stability,abrasion resistance and deviation reduction.The design took small cone angle and shallow cone crown,short gauge,short joint structure,high density distribution of teeth and hard alloy limited damping teeth.The designed PDC bit was applied with the auto-vertical drilling system in the section of 805.61-1 017.18 m in Well Xuanye 1,resulting in the average ROP of 3.28 m/h,which was 8.61% higher than the conventional PDC bit.The minimum deviation angle of 1.09° was much smaller than that of conventional PDC bit,putting well deviation under good control.Field application indicated that the designed new PDC bit showed good performance in deviation control,stability and rock cutting effects,meeting the requirements of deviation control and fast drilling.
