摘    要:基于对气化火焰结构特征的假设,以Planck辐射定律和计算机层析成像技术为理论基础,建立了一种采用普通面阵CCD测量气化火焰截面温度场的方法。火焰监测系统安装在气化炉顶部以拍摄炉膛火焰。结果表明,四喷嘴撞击火焰较为规则,四股火焰相互抑制,撞击火焰集中在炉膛中心。重建出的火焰温度分布与气化火焰结构很吻合,且呈现为十字型结构,中心温度高,边缘温度低。火焰中心截面温度场的主体范围为1 700~2 050 ℃。计算温度与测量温度的相对误差小于±6.4%,符合工程应用的要求。

Abstract:Based on the assumption of rotational symmetry for the gasification flame structure, the computed tomography method and the Planck radiation law have been applied to reconstruct the temperature distributions of flame sections by using the CCD camera in the laboratory scale opposed multi-burner (OMB) gasifier. The flame monitor system installed on the top of the gasifier is used to capture the radiant images under the visible wavelengths. The results show that the impinging gasification flames focus on the center of gasifier because of being restrained by each other. The temperature distributions of flame sections are consistent with the flame structure, and appear to be a single-peak crossed shape. The flame temperature distribution at the center plane ranges from 1 700 to 2 050 ℃. The relative errors between the calculated temperatures and the measured temperatures are no greater than ±6.4%, indicating an acceptable precision for industrial application.
