高速铁路扣件弹条动力学分析

摘    要:为了研究扣件弹条在高速列车动荷载作用下的振动特性,以我国高速铁路采用的Vossloh扣件弹条为研究对象,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立详细的扣件系统有限元模型,基于非线性接触理论与车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,研究弹条在安装过程中的受力及列车动荷载作用下的振动特性,并与现场实测结果进行了对比验证。结果表明:螺栓预压力施加到33kN时,弹条达到正常安装状态,此时弹条中圈环位移为20.3mm,弹条扣压力为13.8kN;考虑钢轨波磨情况下,弹条加速度和振动位移最大值分别约为3g、0.05mm,计算结果与实测结果在振动形态与幅值上均基本一致,弹条振动加速度与不考虑钢轨波磨下的结果相比约增大10倍,明显加剧了扣件弹条的振动,从而会加速弹条的疲劳损伤。

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF RAIL FASTENING CLIP IN HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY

Abstract:In order to analyze the vibration of rail fastening clip induced by high-speed vehicle dynamic loads,taking the Vossloh rail fastening clip adopted in high-speed railway as a research object and establishing a detailed finite element model of rail fastening system by using software ABAQUS,the paper studies the mechanic behavior of rail fastening clip in the process of installation and the vibration of rail fastening clip induced by vehicle dynamic loads on the basis of the nonlinear contact theory and vehicle-track coupled dynamics theory,and the simulation results are validated through a comparison with the results of field test.Results show that the rail fastening clip is normally installed when the exerting bolt loading reaches 33kN,and the displacement of the middle circle of rail fastening clip is 20.3mm and its clamping force is 13.8kN at that state; the maximum acceleration and displacement of rail fastening clip are 3gand 0.05mm respectively on the condition of rail corrugations,which is well consistent with the field test results; the acceleration of rail fastening clip obtained on the condition of rail corrugations is ten times larger than that calculated on the condition of no rail corrugations,which can intensify the vibration of rail fastening clip and will accelerate its fatigue damage .
