莫桑比克某海滨砂矿中蚀变钛铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对莫桑比克某海滨砂矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明, 在原矿含TiO2 35.80%时, 采用湿式磁选-重选-干式磁选联合流程, 可获得钛铁矿精矿Ⅰ产率31.94%、含TiO2 46.23%、回收率为41.31%, 钛铁矿次精矿Ⅱ产率38.73%、含TiO2 44.57%、回收率为48.30%的试验指标。钛铁矿精矿TiO2综合回收率达到89.61%。该研究为此类钛铁矿的开发和利用提供了依据。

Abstract:Experimental study was carried out on mineral processing of weathered ilmenite from beach placer in Mozambique. The results show that a combined flowsheet of wet magnetic separation-gravity separation-dry magnetic separation adopted to process raw ore containing 35.80%TiO2, resulted in ilmenite concentrate Ⅰwith a yield of 31.94%, TiO2 grade and recovery of 46.23% and 41.43%, respectively, and a secondary ilmenite concentrate Ⅱwith a yield of 38.73%, TiO2 grade and recovery of 44.57% and 48.30%, respectively. Therefore, the comprehensive TiO2 recovery attained 89.61%. This study can be referred for exploitation and utilization of semblable ilmenite resources.
