摘    要:针对溢流阀阀芯震颤导致液压系统产生非线性振动问题,建立了溢流阀非线性动力学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink进行了数值仿真。研究了受自身结构参数和外部主要因素影响下溢流阀的非线性动力学行为。研究结果表明,对溢流阀非线性动力学行为进行研究能够发现系统参数对溢流阀动态特性的影响规律,对优化溢流阀的结构参数、提高溢流阀运行的稳定性、防止液压系统产生自激振荡有重要的理论指导意义和工程实际意义。

Abstract:Aiming to solve the hydraulic system nonlinear vibration produced by the relief valve spool tremor, a nonlinear dynamics model of relief valve was established. The simulation of the relief valve modeling was made by using MATLAB/Simulink. The nonlinear dynamics behaviors of the relief valve were studied under the influences of its own structure parameters and external factors. The influence laws of system parameters on the relief valve dynamic characteristics can be found effectively. The research has an important theoretical guidance and practical engineering significances to optimize the structure parameters and improve the operation stability of the relief valve, and prevent hydraulic system to produce self-induced oscillation.
