离子色谱法同时测定烟草中的硝酸盐与亚硝酸盐

采用离子色谱建立一种烟草及烟草制品中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的同时测定方法。在超声条件下，用水萃取试样中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐离子，萃取液经阴离子交换色谱柱分离，用电导检测器检测，外标法定量。结果发现:该方法在测试范围内线性良好；硝酸盐的检出限为1.06 mg/kg，回收率在96.3%～99.0%之间，亚硝酸盐的检出限为1.23 mg/kg，回收率在96.1%～101.6%之间；相对标准偏差均小于5%；且操作简单、高效、重复性好、检出限低、样品回收率高，能满足当前烟草中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的同时快速检测要求。 

Determination of nitrate and nitrite in tobacco by ion exchange chromatography

A method for the determination of nitrate and nitrite in tobacco was established using ion exchange chromatography. The samples were extracted with pure water, which were separated on the anion exchange column and detected by conductance deterctor. Good linearities were obtained over corresponding concentrations ranges. The limits of detection were 1.06 mg/kg for nitrate and 1.23 mg/kg for nitrite, the recoveries were 96.3%～99.0% for nitrate and 96.1%～101.6% for nitrite. The RSDs were below 5%. The method is simple and fast, accurate and reliable, which can be applied to quantitative analysis.
