漆酶处理对黄麻纤维木质素结构的影响

摘    要:采用二氧六环/水溶液抽提制取黄麻纤维木质素,再用漆酶对其处理。利用凝胶渗透色谱测定漆酶处理前后黄麻纤维木质素的分子量及分布,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对漆酶处理前后黄麻纤维木质素的结构进行分析。结果表明:黄麻纤维木质素经漆酶处理后,数均分子量和重均分子量增大,酚羟基含量减少,酚型结构的木质素发生聚合反应,分子量的分布范围变宽;经漆酶处理后,黄麻纤维木质素中紫丁香基结构单元含量减少,醇羟基和总羟基含量增加,羰基含量增加。

Abstract:The lignin from jute fiber was extracted with dioxane/water solution, followed by laccase treatment. The molecular weight change of lignin was investigated by Gel permeation chromatogram(GPC), and structural changes were researched by FTIR, elemental analysis and 1H-NMR. The results show that the number average molecular weight and weight average molecular weight of laccase-treated lignin are increased,while the content of phenolic hydroxyl group is decrease. The phenolic lignin is polymerized during the laccase treatment and its molecular weight distribution becomes wider. The content of syringyl units is decreased, while the content of aliphatic hydroxyl group, total hydroxyl group and carbonyl group are increased after laccase treatment.
