摘    要:高比例分布式光伏接入配电网引起电压越限等问题限制了配电网的光伏消纳能力,为此建立了用于提升配电网光伏消纳能力的优化模型。首先,分析分布式光伏接入对配电网电压分布的影响;其次,建立分时电价优化模型和分布式光伏接纳优化模型用于提升配电网光伏消纳能力。分时电价优化模型为基于分时电价提升用户用电功率和降低用户用电成本的多目标优化模型,约束条件包括用户用电功率约束和电价约束;分布式光伏接纳优化模型基于分时电价优化模型计算结果,目标函数为配电网光伏消纳量最大,约束条件包括分时电价优化模型计算得到的配电网用电负荷和线路潮流约束。最后,以某一实际配电网系统为算例,计算结果表明经过2个模型优化后配电网可以有效提升光伏消纳能力。

Abstract:High penetration of distributed photovoltaic (PV) systems into the power distribution networks has caused voltage violations,constraining the PV absorption capacity.This paper first analyzes the impact of distributed PV integration on the voltage distribution in the network.Subsequently,it works out a time-of-use electricity pricing optimization model and a distributed photovoltaic acceptance optimization model to enhance the PV absorption capacity of the distribution network.The time-of-use pricing optimization model is a multi-objective framework aimed at increasing consumer power usage while reducing electricity costs,with constraints including consumer power demand and pricing.Based on the results of the time-of-use pricing model,the distributed photovoltaic acceptance optimization model is proposed to maximize the PV absorption in the distribution network.This model involves constraints derived from the time-of-use pricing model,such as network load and line flow limitations.A case study on a real-world distribution network system is presented,and the results demonstrate that the application of these two optimization models effectively enhances the PV absorption capacity.
