自密实混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能试验研究

摘    要:采用电液伺服加载装置进行自密实混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能试验,以自密实混凝土强度、新拌混凝土工作性能为变量,制作了28个自密实混凝土试件,研究各变量因素影响下,自密实混凝土与钢筋的粘结锚固性能。通过试验得到峰值粘结应力、峰值滑移、各阶段粘结刚度K1、K2、K3和粘结刚度退化率λ等与混凝土强度、新拌混凝土工作性能的变化规律。在此基础上根据各因素的影响程度及公式的适用性,采用最小二乘法得到钢筋与自密实混凝土粘结-滑移本构关系式,与试验数据对比表明具有良好精度。研究结果可为有关工程设计和研究提供 参考。

Abstract:The bond characteristics between reinforcement and self-compacting concrete were analyzed experimentally. The tests were conducted on two series of 28 self-compacting concrete specimens including concrete strength and workability. All specimens were pulled out by an electro hydraulic servo device. Influence laws such as ultimate bond strength (τu), each stage bond stiffness (K1, K2, K3) and degradation rate (λ) were obtained under every parameter. Based on the results and applicability, the regression equation for bond-slip relationship was obtained and was validate by test results. The regression equation agrees well with the test results. The research results can help to engineering design and scientific research.
