溢流型磁力旋流器径向磁场分析

摘    要:设计了一种改善反富集溢流型磁力旋流器, 通过外加磁场, 增加指向旋流器中心的磁场力, 使得高密度磁性矿物向旋流器中心运动而不是向底流运动。通过理论推导确定了磁性颗粒向中心运动的磁场条件, 通过ANSYS模拟软件和origin数据处理软件分析了溢流型磁力旋流器的径向磁场, 分析结果表明: 柱体空间中 r≥2ro区域, 磁场力指向中心, 且在r=2ro圆柱面上径向磁场强度H和径向磁场力HgradH达到极大值; 上锥体空间由于中心导磁棒的作用, 磁场力方向均指向中心, 径向磁场强度H在r=0.48ro圆柱面上达到最大, 径向磁场力HgradH在靠近最大切线速度轨迹面处达到最大值。

Abstract:An overflow magnetic clone designed to intensify centripetal magnetic force by an additional external magnetic field, resulting in magnetic mineral particles with high density moving towards the center of the cyclone rather than the underflow, can solve the derichment problem. The magnetic field parameters to ensure the centripetal movement of magnetic particles were determined by theoretical derivation and the radial magnetic field characteristics of the overflow magnetic cyclone were analyzed with ANSYS and ORIGIN. Results show that, within the column space where r≥2ro, the magnetic force points to the center, also both the radial magnetic field strength H and magnetic force HgradH reach the maximum at the surface of cylinder with r=2ro. Owing to the effect of magnetic bar located at the cyclone center, the magnetic force within the upper vertebral space points to the center and H reaches the maximum at the surface with cylinder with r=0.48ro, while HgradH reaches the maximum value near the trajectory surface with the maximum tangential velocity.
