摘    要:对某地复杂难选贫赤铁矿进行了选别试验研究。采用两段连续磨矿-弱磁-强磁-中矿再磨-阴离子反浮选工艺流程, 在原矿品位30.50%条件下, 获得了精矿品位64.93%、产率32.26%、金属回收率68.68%, 尾矿品位14.10%、产率67.76%、金属回收率31.32%的选别指标, 使废弃多年的矿石得以充分回收利用, 既节能降耗又可提高资源利用率, 具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Beneficiation experiments were carried out on some refractory lean hematite with a feed grade of 30.50%, by adopting a process flowsheet consisting of two-stage grinding, low intensity magnetic separation (LIMS), high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS), middlings regrinding and reverse flotation with anionic collectors, which resulted in a concentrate grade of 64.93% with the yield and metal recovery of 32.26% and 68.68%, respectively, while a tailings grade of 14.10% with the yield and metal recovery of 67.76% and 31.32%, respectively. This technology can be used to reclaim those discarded waste rock, resulting in not only energy conservation and consumption reduction, but also resource utilization enhanced, therewith brining in good social and economic benefits.
