摘    要:利用碳酸铵溶液处理含铜烟灰, 研究了碳酸铵浓度、温度、液固比、浸出时间等因素对浸出过程的影响。实验得到最佳浸出条件为: 碳酸铵浓度2 mol/L、液固比4∶1、温度60 ℃、时间8 h, 在此条件下铜浸出率可以达到85%左右; 铅、铋、金、银等有价金属进一步富集, 可以在炼铅系统进一步回收。

Abstract:Copper-containing ash was treated with ammonium carbonate solution for investigating the impact of ammonium carbonate concentration, temperature, solid-to-liquid ratio and leaching time on the leaching process. It is concluded from the test that under the following optimal leaching conditions with ammonium carbonate concentration of 2 mol/L, solid-to-liquid ratio of 4∶1, being leached for 8 h at the temperature of 60 ℃, the copper leaching ratio can be around 85%. Those valuable metals including lead, bismuth, gold and silver, can be recovered from lead smelting process after further enrichment
