摘    要:本文主要讨论了碱减量处理前后涤纶织物经原位聚合法制备聚吡咯导电织物的制备条件及性能研究。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光谱等测试手段分析了制得复合织物的表面形貌、组织结构和元素原子数分数,确定聚吡咯的存在,并分析了碱减量处理、掺杂剂以及氧化剂等因素对织物导电性能的影响。结果表明,通过对织物进行碱处理以及控制反应中掺杂剂、氧化剂的浓度等条件,可以制备具有良好导电性能的聚吡咯导电涤纶织物,并且导电织物的耐洗稳定性良好。

Abstract:The paper mainly discussed the preparation of conductive polypyrrole polyester fabric which was treated with NaOH solution and prepared by in-situ polymerization. Scanning electron microscope、FTIR spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis were used to analyze surface morphology, structure, and element content of the atomic number fraction, and to investigate the existence of polypyrrole. The paper also analyzed the influence of alkali treatment and the concentration of the dopant and oxidant solution on the conductive property. The results showed that,conductive polypyrrole polyester fabric with good conductivity can be prepared when the fabric was treated with the NaOH solution under controlled reaction conditions where the dopant solution and mole ratio of FeCl3 to pyrrole are different. Moreover, the prepared conductive fabric had good stable wear-resistance and washability.
