摘    要:通过实测摆臂试车场道路载荷谱,对摆臂目标测点载荷谱进行了统计分析,综合考虑结构的低载强化特性与传统载荷谱编制方法,提出了一种包含具有强化效果载荷的程序载荷谱编制方案。该方案依据摆臂结构的低载强化特性删除了大量无效载荷,同时保留了载荷谱中具有强化效果的载荷,并研究了强化载荷之间的等强化准则,将强化载荷折算到最佳强化载荷等级,减少了强化载荷试验频次,能够快速、真实地模拟出汽车零部件实际受载情况,试验加速效果明显。

Abstract:The load spectrum of target points was analyzed statistically through collection of road load spectrum of a car swing arm,a compilation method of program spectrum was proposed,which contained strengthening effect load by considering the structure of the characteristics of strengthening under low amplitude load and traditional load spectrum method.The method deleted a large number of invalid loads based on  the characteristics of strengthening under low amplitude load, while retaining the load with strengthening effect.After the strengthening equivalent principle among different  strengthening loads was researched,the strengthening load was converted  to the best strengthening load levels, the method reduces the test frequency,simulates the situation of automotive parts under actual load conditions more quickly and realistically and the test acceleration effect  is obvious.
