多射流静电纺丝技术的研究现状

摘    要:摘 要 静电纺丝法是一种经济而又有效的制备纳米纤维的方法。随着纳米纤维应用前景越来越广阔,静电纺丝法制备纳米纤维现已成为国内外的研究热点。但由于传统单喷头静电纺丝的生产率极低,限制了静电纺纳米纤维的产业化应用,因此,提高静电纺纳米纤维生产率成为静电纺丝技术中最为重要的研究课题,而多射流静电纺丝法是解决此问题的的一个有效途径。本文综述介绍了多种有针和无针多射流静电纺丝方法,并分析比较了各种方法的优劣,为进一步研制与开发静电纺纳米纤维的产业化生产设备与方法提供了参考。

Research status ofmulti-jet electrospinning technology
Abstract:Abstract Electrospinning is an economic and efficient way to manufacture nanofibers. As the application prospect of nanofibers becomes broader and broader, the manufacture of nanofibers by electrospinning has recently been a research hotspot all over the world. However, the conventional single needle electrospinning has a very low production rate, which limits the industrialized application of electrospinning nanofibers, so the promotion of the production rate of electrospinning nanofibers has become the most important research topic of the electrospinning technology. And the multi-jet electrospinning has become one of the most efficient methods to solve this problem. Many kinds of needle and needleless electrospinning methods has been introduced, compared and summarized in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method have been achieved. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the development of the industrialized electrospinning equipments and methods.
