摘    要:根据永平铜矿井下开采的技术条件以及充填方式, 对原有单一结构的混凝土充填挡墙进行了优化改进以及工艺研究, 针对不同尺寸巷道采用不同形式的充填挡墙: 对大尺寸(5 m×4.5 m)断面的巷道采用混凝土-木复式充填挡墙, 结合了重力式挡墙(混凝土墙)与轻型挡墙(木支柱)的优点; 对小尺寸(3.05 m×3.15 m)断面的巷道采用木挡墙。在满足挡墙强度要求前提下, 不仅降低了挡墙构筑成本, 而且加强了挡墙透水性。通过挡墙的力学分析以及厚度计算确定了一次充填高度和挡墙厚度, 确保了挡墙的安全可靠性, 保证高阶段充填安全进行。所介绍的技术措施和经验可为类似矿山挡墙设置提供借鉴。

Abstract:In view of the technical condition and backfilling method for underground mining in Yongping Copper Mine, the existing concrete retaining walls with single structure have been optimized and improved in technical terms and different kinds of retaining walls are adopted for varisized roadways. For example, a composite retaining wall filled with concrete and wood is used for roadway with larger working section of 5 m×4.5 m, thus combining advantages of gravity retaining wall (concrete wall) and light retaining wall (wooden pillar). While simple wooden retaining wall is only adopted for smaller working section at 3.15 m×3.05 m, resulting in cost reduced and retaining wall's permeability increased but strength requirement still satisfied. The height of one-time filling and the thickness of retaining wall were determined by mechanical analysis and thickness calculation, so as to ensure safety and reliability of retaining walls, as well as continuous filling at higher levels. It is concluded that those technical measures and practice can be taken as reference for other mines of similar conditions.
