湖南烤烟上部叶质体色素的降解规律及与碳水化合物含量关系的初步研究

摘    要:以K326为材料,研究了打顶后上部叶质体色素的降解规律以及与碳水化合物含量之间的关系。结果表明,烤烟上部叶质体色素的降解主要发生在打顶后30~45 d。其中,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素在此阶段的平均降幅分别达47.16%、58.10%。总糖在打顶初期有所降低,随后升高并趋于稳定,而淀粉在打顶后的30 d内一直表现为上升,随后下降。灰色关联度分析表明,生育后期与总糖关联程度较大的分别为类胡萝卜素/叶绿素(打顶后0、15 d)和类胡萝卜素(打顶后30、45 d),而淀粉则表现为叶绿素a(打顶后0 d)和总叶绿素(打顶后15 d),后期则是类胡萝卜素/叶绿素(打顶后30、45 d)。

Abstract:The relationship between the degraded rules of chromoplast pigments and carbohydrate in upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco after topping was studied by using tobacco variety K326. The results showed that: Degradation of chromoplast pigments in upper leaves occurred mainly in 30-45 days after topping. The average drop in this stage of chlorophyll and carotenoids content were 47.16% and 58.10%. The total sugar content decreased from the day of topping to the following 15 days, then it increased and tended to be stable. But the starch content increased for 30 days after topping, then decreased. Grey incidence analysis indicated that: the closest correlation to total sugar in late-growth stages were the ratio of carotenoids/chlorophyll (0 and 15 days after topping) and the carotenoids (30 and 45 days after topping), whereas the starch showed that the closest correlation were the chlorophyll a (0 days after topping) and total chlorophyll (15 days after topping), then were the ratio of carotenoids/chlorophyll (30 and 45 days after topping).
