鞍钢集团朝阳公司烧结配矿研究

摘    要:根据朝阳鞍凌公司烧结生产实际情况, 分析研究了配加鞍凌“四合一”杂料, 改变粉矿种类和提高粉矿比例对烧结技术指标的影响。试验结果表明: 配加杂料可以提高各项烧结技术指标, 但配加比例达到一定程度后, 会对工业生产带来困难; 在配加比例相同的条件下, 配加杨迪矿可以提高烧结矿的转鼓强度, 配加纽曼矿可以提高烧结机产量, 配加巴西矿可以提高烧结矿成品率; 提高粉矿比例后, 当杨迪矿和南非矿混合配加时, 可以得到较好的技术指标。根据烧结矿低温还原粉化指标较差的实际, 分析了烧结矿的显微结构, 并进行了烧结矿喷洒氯化钙溶液的研究, 取得了较好的试验效果。

Abstract:According to practical sintering production in Anling Steel, studies were conducted on effects of adding Anling quadruple mixture for changing types of iron ore fines and increasing proportion of ore fines on sintering technical indexes. The results show that sintering indexes could be improved by adding the mixture, but it may bring difficulties to industrial production if the addition is up to some extent. With the same addition proportion, adding Yangdi ore fines could improve the drum strength of sintered ore, adding Newman ore fines could increase production of sintering machine, while the addition of Brazilian ore fines could increase the yield of sintered ore. Apart from that, increasing the addition proportion of mixture of Yangdi ore and South African ore could result in better technical indicators. Based on the fact of low-temperature reduction degradation of sintered ore, the microstructure analysis of sintered ore and the studies of sintered ore sprayed with CaCl2 solution lead to relatively satisfied results.
