碳纤维混凝土应力-应变曲线试验研究

摘    要:为了进一步研究碳纤维混凝土的应力-应变曲线,在已有试验的基础上,该文对碳纤维混凝土应力-应变曲线采用分段式。通过9组不同碳纤维掺量的混凝土试件轴心压缩试验,建立不同掺量应力-应变曲线的数学表达式,确定相应的计算参数与碳纤维体积率的关系式。试验结果表明:曲线系数随着碳纤维掺量的增加而增加。根据试验研究与理论分析,建立了峰值应变与抗压强度、碳纤维掺量的计算式,将峰值应变的计算值与试验值进行了对比分析,其吻合度较好。

Abstract:In order to investigate the stress-strain curve of carbon fiber reinforced concrete further, the piecewise curve of stress-strain relationship is used on the basis of the existing tests. Based on the axial compression experiments of 9 carbon fiber concrete reinforced samples with different dosages of carbon fiber, the theoretical calculating formula of the stress-strain curve with different dosage contents was proposed, and the theoretical formula of calculation parameters and carbon fiber volume fraction were proposed. The test results show that the calculation parameters of the stress-strain curve increase with the carbon fiber dosage. The theoretical calculating formula of the peak strain and carbon fiber volume fraction, the compressive strength, and the calculated results agreed well with those of experimental results.
