基于模糊理论的SHEV发电机组控制策略研究

摘    要:串联式混合动力汽车(SHEV)的发电机组的工作状态决定了SHEV的燃油经济性。为使发电机组工作时车辆具有良好的燃油经济性,提出一种模糊控制策略对发电机组的工作点进行控制,并在MATALAB/Simulink中搭建了该控制系统的仿真模型。最后将控制策略移植到整车控制器中进行了实车试验。仿真和试验结果表明,该控制策略能够控制发电机组的工作点跟随车辆需求功率在有限的高效工作点之间切换,从而使得SHEV拥有较好的燃油经济性,达到了控制目的。

Abstract:The fuel economy of SHEV was determined by the work state of generator group.In order to enable SHEV to have good fuel economy when generator group working,a fuzzy control strategy was proposed to control operating points of the generator group herein.And a simulation model was built for this control system.Finally,the control strategy was transplanted into vehicle control unit for a real vehicle testing.The simulation and test results show that,this control strategy can control operating points of generator group to switch between some limited operating points which are very efficient following the vehicle demand power.This control strategy enables SHEV to have good fuel economy,so the control purpose is achieved.
