摘    要:分别以NaCl、AEO9、AEO3、JFC、AES和L-64为添加剂,研究了它们对C.I.活性蓝221在25 ℃水中的溶解度的影响。实验结果表明,NaCl的加入会大幅降低染料的溶解度;而五种表面活性剂对染料都有增溶作用,增溶效果依次为:JFC(L-64)>AEO9>AEO3>AES。当JFC或L-64用量为80 g/L时,可使C.I.活性蓝221的溶解度由空白时的100 g/L提高至190 g/L。以JFC,L-64,AEO9为混合助溶剂时,当溶液中含有15 g/L JFC, 20 g/L L-64和5 g/L AEO9时,C.I.活性蓝221的溶解度可以提升至200 g/L,染料溶液稳定时间达20 h以上。

Solubilization effect of some surfactants on C.I. Reactive Blue 221
Abstract:The solubility of C.I. Reactive Blue 221 in water was investigated at 25 oC using NaCl, AEO9, AEO3, JFC, AES and L-64 as the additives respectively. The results show that: the addition of NaCl will decrease the solubility significantly;while the surfactants improve solubility of C.I. Reactive Blue 221 to a certain degree. The solubilization effects of the five surfactants were followed by JFC ( L-64 ) >AEO9 > AEO3 > AES. When AEO9 or L-64 was added as a dosage of 80 g/L, the water solubility of C.I. Reactive Blue 221 was improved from 100 g/L to 190 g/L. When 15 g/L JFC, 20 g/L L-64 and 5 g/L AEO9 were added as the combination additives in the solution, the solubility of C.I. Reactive Blue 221 went up to 200 g/L, and the stability time of the liquid reactive dyes prepared was more than 20 hours.
