摘    要:采用改进的过滤技术进行多相材料的连续体结构拓扑优化设计。以应变能最小化作为目标函数,结构体积作为约束,建立多相材料的连续体结构拓扑优化模型,将移动近似算法用于拓扑优化问题求解,采用改进的过滤求解技术对目标函数灵敏度及单元设计变量进行过滤,避免迭代过程中出现数值不稳定现象。数值算例结果表明,采用改进的过滤技术的多相材料连续体结构拓扑优化设计方法是有效的,能够获得清晰的结构拓扑图。

Abstract:Topology optimization of continuum structure with multiple materials was proposed using an  improved filter technique.The objective function was developed by the minimum strain energy to meet stiffness requirements.The volume of every phase material was used as the constraints.A model for topology optimization of continuum structure with multiple materials was developed.The method of moving asymptotes was adopted as solving strategy for the topology optimization problem.The improved filter technique was used to modify the sensitivities of the objective function and the design variables in order to avoid the phenomenon of numerical instability such as checkerboard.The numerical examples were presented to show the feasibility of the approach.The distinct topology of structure with multiple materials can be obtained.
