摘    要:随着大型新能源场站的加速发展和建设,常规新能源场站功率控制系统单一的通信架构设计及控制策略已无法满足大型新能源场站的调频和调压等控制需求。为解决上述需求,基于一种面向通用对象的变电站事件(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)通信技术提出了“四层(集群控制系统层,场站主机层,场站从机层,场站单机层)三网(主机层网络,从机层网络,单机层网络)”的通信架构并说明了此架构的硬件构成及软件原理,并简要介绍了风光储协同控制软件逻辑。最后在某光伏场站进行了新型主从配置的主动支撑装置相关数据接入及功率测试。测试结果表明,此方案中场站层的主从配置功能可实现频率和电压的快速和有效支撑控制,试验结果满足国标要求。

Abstract:As large-scale new energy stations rapidly develop and expand,the traditional power control systems,with their single-tier communication architecture and control strategies,are proving inadequate for the demanding frequency regulation and voltage control requirements of these stations.To address these problems,this study proposes a novel communication architecture based on (generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE) technology.The architecture comprises four layers-the cluster control system layer,station master layer,station slave layer,and station single machine layer-and operates across three networks corresponding to these layers.The principles and components of both the hardware and software within this architecture are elaborated upon.Additionally,the study briefly introduces the logic behind the wind-solar-storage coordinated control software.The efficacy of this approach is tested at a photovoltaic station,focusing on the integration and power testing of a new master-slave configuration active support device.The results demonstrate that the master-slave configuration at the station level can provide rapid and effective control support for both frequency and voltage,aligning with national standard requirements.
