计量数据传输管理系统在地方电网的应用探析

线损管理是供电企业日常管理的重要环节,但因各种因素影响,计量数据的准确和完整性有时得不到保障,从而无法采取有效的降损措施。针对该问题,提出应用计量传输管理系统予以解决,就该系统的构架、原理、软件、硬件构成进行了阐述,并将该系统应用于靖西县地方电网,实践表明:系统稳定可靠,能有效提高供电企业的工作效率与准确性,经济效益显著。

Application of measurement data transmission management system in local power grid

Line loss management is an important link of daily management of power supply enterprise. However, ac?curacy and integrity of measurement data sometimes is not guaranteed due to various factors, which prevents effec?tive loss reduction measures. In view of this problem, the measurement data transmission management system is put forward. An introduction was made on the framework, theory, software and hardware. This system had been applied in local power grid of Jingxi County. Application results show this system is stable and reliable, capable of improv?ing work efficiency and accuracy of power supply enterprise with significant economic benefits.
