| 摘 要： | 根据中国近年的对外投资情况，检验国际直接投资周期理论在中国的适应性。检验的结果显示国际投资周期理论有很高的适应性，并且经过对理论进行的实证研究，表明中国正处于国际直接投资周期的第二阶段。然而，中国在符合国际直接投资周期理论的同时，还具有其自身的特点。

On Applicability of Theory of International Direct Investment Cycle |

| Abstract: | We analyze the applicability of The Theory of International Direct Investment Cycle in China, through the data of China recent years. The result shows that the theory do hold true in China, and the analysis also prove that it is the second step for China nowadays. What is more, China shows out it has its own characters in fact. |
