摘 要: | 从中小企业文化建设与企业核心竞争力之间的关系人手,分析了企业文化建设的重要性以及建设中所存在的问题。针对性地提出了文化资本的新观念,即通过提高企业人员的整体素质来提升企业文化。并从以人为本、尊重人才和重视员工的情感管理等方面提出解决问题的策略,促使中国的中小企业充分认识到企业文化资产的重要性,把培育适合自身发展的企业文化看成是企业发展的重要任务。

Abstract: | Aftering analyzing the relation ship between the small and medium enterprise culture construction and the core competence of the enterprises, the authors put forward the research of the importance to the small and medium enterprise cultural construction and the problems existing in the construction. They present the new idea of the cultural capital that is by improving the enterprise personnel's overall quality to promote the enterprise culture. From the aspects of humanist, respecting the talented person and taking staff's emotion management, they propose the solving strategy to urge the small and medium enterprises to realize the importance of the culture property, and regard the suitable cultivation of the culture construction as the important task. |
