基于LabWindows/CVI的低频振动测试系统设计

摘    要:针对当前传统振动测试系统本身模块化水平低、技术升级困难的特点[1],提出用虚拟仪器技术开发振动测试系统的方法。并给出了基于LabWindows/CVI软件开发平台、采用自行设计的低频振动三维加速度传感器的虚拟低频振动测试系统的具体实现。通过实际车辆振动测试和评估,该振动测试系统运行良好,证明该设计方法十分有效。

Abstract:At present the traditional vibration test system is poor modularized and of difficulty of upgrading. This paper presents the development of Virtual Instrument Technology vibration test system based on the LabWindows/CVI software development platform. The measurement system adopts three-axis accelerometer that is low frequency respond characteristic. Through actual vehicle vibration testing and evaluation, the vibration test system operated well and proved that the design method is very effective.
