基于模糊AHP的国际工程项目投标风险评价

重视投标决策研究,提高风险管理水平,对增强企业在国际工程承包中的竞争能力有着重要作用。在分析国际工程项目投标风险影响因素的基础上,建立了投标风险评价模型,并提出用模糊层次分析法对模型进行求解的方法。实例分析表明,上述模型的评判结果更为客观、科学、合理。

Risk assessment on international project bidding base on fuzzy AHP

To emphasize the study of the bidding decision making and to improve the risk management level could have an important role to the competitive capacity of an enterprise in the international project contract.Base on the analysis of the risk influence factors to the international project biding,an assessment model of the biding risk was established.A fuzzy step analysis method was adopted for the solution method of the model.The analysis of the practical cases showed that the judgment results of the model were more practical,scientific and rational.
