颈椎椎弓根个体化置钉瞄准器研制与应用

摘    要:基于颈椎椎弓根置钉术的难点,根据螺旋测微器以及铰制孔螺纹铰链副的原理,设计制造出颈椎椎弓根个体化置钉瞄准器。推导出了椎弓根术前影像与瞄准器钻套调整角的关系,并编制了计算应用软件。为大幅度地提高颈椎椎弓根置钉的准确率提供了可靠的途径。

Abstract:In view of the difficulties of the cervical pedicle for screw placement, based on the theory of screw thread micrometer and reaming hole thread hinged pair, not only designs and produces the aiming device for individual screw placement, but also deduces the relationship between the measurements of pre-operative pictures and the angles of drilling ringers of aiming device, and also compiles applied software for numeration. The study provides a dependable approach to advance the accuracy rate during operation of the cervical pedicle for screw placement deeply.
