| 摘 要： | 分析传统软件开发模型一“瀑布模型”存在的主要问题，通过阐述RUP模型的3个特色：允许变更需求、逐步集成元素、尽量降低风险，提出使用RUP模型将项目分为初始阶段、细化阶段、构建阶段和交付阶段，能够在项目开发早期的迭代中发现缺陷并及时改正。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main problems of the traditional software developed model- Waterfall Model,then through indicating the three characteristics of RUP Model(allowed to change requirements,integrate elements gradually,minimize the risk) ,claims to divide the project into initial stage,refinement stage,construction phase and delivery phase with the RUP Model,so that we can find the faults in the early stage of the developing project and correct them. |
