电磁辅助支承非线性系统的稳定性分析

摘    要:对电磁执行器直接安装在主支承上的一种新型支承结构--电磁辅助支承系统的稳定性进行研究.首先分析一模拟的单自由度电磁辅助支承系统,建立非线性运动方程,采用相平面法进行分析;然后采用数值分析方法分析多自由度电磁辅助支承系统.分析结果表明, 在电磁执行器作用期间,转子系统处于一种局部稳定状态,其振动不能超过所允许的最大振动值.而该转子系统允许的最大振动值受静态励磁电流Ib的影响较大,受P控制参数的影响较小.

Abstract:The stability research of a rotor system with auxiliary magnetic bearing is presented.At first the auxiliary magnetic bearing is modeled as a single degree of freedom system with nonlinear magnetic force,which is then analyzed qualitatively by the phase plane method.Then a simplified rotor system simply supported on two identical auxiliary magnetic bearings modeled as a MDOF(multiple degree of freedom) nonlinear system is studied by numerical method, together with stability analysis in the Lyapunov sense.The numerical results show that there is maximum allowable vibration of the magnetic core for the active magnetic actuator working in a normal condition.It is also shown that the influence of the static magnetic field actuating current of coil(Ib) on the maximum allowable vibration is much greater than that of the control parameter P.
