金属钝化剂的研究进展

摘    要:塑料和聚烯烃材料爆露在空气中被氧化降解使之失去使用价值。该问题可通过添加稳定剂解决。但是当材料与金接触时,某些金属离子或金属可加速氧化反应,这会明显降低制品的使用寿命。这时应加入金属离子钝化剂,以降低聚合物的降解。本文综述了该类产品的合成与应用,还介绍了一些工业化的品种。

Research Progress on Metal Deactivator.

Abstract:All plastics, polyolefins are practice exposed to oxidative, resulting in molecular weight reduction and finally in failure of the componets made of the polyoleflns. This process can be inhibited by adding some stabilizsrs, However, when certain metals or metal ions are permanent in the polyolefin matrix or in case of permanent contact between polyolefin and metal, the rate of oxidative degradation will be accelerated catalytically, which tends to result in a substantial reduction of the service live of the components. When the compositions are used as coatings for metals, e,g,, as wire coating compositions, the compositions will be contan a metal deactivator to inhibit polymer dedradation, In this paper, its synthesis and application were revewed. Some kind of its commercial product were also introduced.
