| 摘 要： | 杭州市青山水库除险加固工程总投资1．158亿元，形成了大量的文字、图纸、图表、声像等不同的档案资料．在对档案资料管理中，不仅完成了档案收集、立卷归档等工作，还利用计算机进行档案存储和管理，建有收发文库、工作库、管理库、基础库四部分，使楼案管理更加规范和高效．

| Abstract: | Water conservancy project files are historical records, with which we can better understand the past, the present, and foresee the future. A brief introduction is made in this paper about the file data collection of dam reinforcement engineering in Qingshan Reservoir, including the written copies, the graph paper, the diagram files and the video materials. Computers are also used for file storage and document management under the filing collections as dispatching part, the oper- ating part, the managing part and the common part. |
