摘    要:利用典型洪水资料分析了洪水的地区组成,采用伯努利方程二分法计算了分水江水库不同下泄流量下毕浦电站建坝前后分水江区间河段洪水水面线.表明随分水江水库下泄流量增加,相邻两条水面线间水位差和上下游水位变幅变小;毕浦电站建坝后,对区间河段水面线影响较大,坝址附近水位大幅抬升,越向上游抬升幅度越小.该结论可为区域防洪减灾、河道整治、交通水利工程规划设计等提供参考.

Abstract:Based on typical flood data, the flood region composition is analysed with Bernoulli equation dichotomy to calculate the water discharge to BiPu Power Station and the water line before and after the flood flow to the dam in Fenshui River reach. The result shows that along with discharge increases, the water head between the two adjacent surface and the water range along the upstream and downstream become smaller. The construction of BiPu Dam influences the water line in interval reach to a great extent, the water line near the dam site rises sharply while the upstream lifts in smaller range. The conclusion offers reference for regional flood prevention, disaster reduction, and river regulation, as well as the traffic design of hydraulic engineering program.
