基于LabVIEW的无线温度测控系统设计

摘    要:基于虚拟仪器设计理论,以LabVIEW8.5为软件开发平台,低功耗单片机P89LV51RD2为硬件核心,设计了一个实时温度测控系统。该系统采用数字温度传感器TMP112,配合单片机,实现现场温度采集系统。通过ZigBee无线通信模块SZ05与计算机进行远程通信,并由软件平台对信号进行显示、分析及存储,同时实现温度的PID控制。该系统功耗低,测量精度高,界面友好,易于操作,可扩展性强且成本低。

Abstract:A real-time temperature detecting system is designed based on virtual instrument.The system uses LabVIEW8.5 as software design platform,and low-power MCU P89LV51RD2 as hardware core.The system acquires temperature signal on site by P89LV51RD2 and digital temperature sensor TMP112,and communicates with PC through ZigBee wireless communication module SZ05.In software platform,temperature signal is displayed,analyzed and saved,and PID control of temperature is achieved.The designed system features low power,hi...
