凸轮轴磨削加工表面波纹度控制研究

摘    要:阐述了表面波纹度对燃油系统和凸轮轴工作性能的影响,指出了表面波纹度控制的必要性;描述了凸轮型面磨削加工后表面波纹度的实际状况;运用因果分析图对表面波纹度产生的机理与潜在影响因素予以分类;采用正交试验设计(DOE)方法,根据试验结果开展了极差分析并绘制了趋势图,对影响表面波纹度的潜在关键因素予以了排序,并找出了各因素及其水平级数的最佳组合,为表面波纹度的控制提供了有效依据。

Abstract:Necessity of waviness control was proposed after influence for fuel system performance and camshaft was analyzed,and actual waviness status of camshaft lobe after grinding was described.Potential influential factors and mechanisms for waviness cause were assorted with cause and effect diagram.Trending chart was drawn with range analysis according to experimental results,and DOE(Design Of Experiment) method of orthogonal was applied.Potential critical factors for waviness were sorted,therefore optimized matrixes were carried out for influential factors and level series.It will lay a solid foundation for the control waviness.
