摘    要:在自主研发的新型共轨压电式喷油器基础上,设计开发了驱动电路,对压电驱动的核心电路进行研究,最后进行相关喷油泵及发动机台架试验验证,结果表明该驱动模块在各种工况下驱动性能良好,从而为下一步压电式共轨系统应用奠定了基础。

Development and Application of New Piezoelectric Injector for Common Rail System

Abstract:Driving circuit of piezoelectric actuator was designed based on the study of common rail system with new independent piezoelectric system,and key circuits of piezoelectric actuator were studied.Finally,some fuel test bench and engine experiments were carried out.It was showed by results that performance of driving circuit was good for various kinds of conditions,therefore it will lay a solid foundation for application development of piezoelectric common rail system.
