摘    要:介绍了连杆裂解技术原理及工艺流程,从连杆毛坯材料、预制裂解槽加工方式与几何参数、定向胀断工艺参数等方面分析了影响连杆裂解工艺质量的关键因素,供相关工艺人员参考。

Abstract:The connecting rod cracking process principles and process technology is introduced, from the connecting rod blank materials, prefabricated cracking slot processing method and geometrical parameters, directional expansion broken technological parameters, the key factors of influencing connecting rod cracking process quality are analyzed, a reference for relevant technologist.
