延长铅酸蓄电池寿命的保护装置的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种铅酸蓄电池保护装置的结构,设计了保护装置的电路,阐述了该装置的工作原理,并对装置进行了试验。测试结果表明,该装置利用蓄电池自身能量形成电子脉冲振荡,使极板始终处于氧化/还原的动态准平衡状态,可大大减缓蓄电池内PbSO4结晶的进程,延长动力铅酸蓄电池在停用状态下的维护充电间隔时间,从而延长了铅酸蓄电池使用寿命。

Abstract:It presents structure,control circuit and operation of a new protective device for prolonging power lead-acid battery'service life.The test results show that the pulse oscillating charge is produced by its own energy and oxygenation-reduction balance state is kept all the time.Thus the PbSO_4 crystal on the electrode is reduced greatly,maintenance charging interval is prolonged and battery can be kept in a new state for a longer time.
