摘    要:提出一种基于CPS标准的自动发电控制(AGC)机组考核方法,该方法利用控制区总发电功率与计划出力之差及频率误差的相关系数作为控制区自动发电控制性能指标,并以系统频率误差与ACE乘积为标准,构成控制区AGC总任务描述.同时,根据各AGC机组指令分配系数分解总任务,构成各电厂AGC考核指标.通过在四川电网EMS系统的应用,证明该方法的可行性.
