摘    要: 利用生产铝锭的铝渣或电解Al2O3的下脚料配制了一种含铝钢包顶渣改制剂,并将该改质剂应用于济南钢铁公司Q345C含铝钢的生产实验。实验结果表明:该改质剂有利于提高铝的收得率,并稳定钢中铝含量,精炼时能提高脱硫效率,但并不增加精炼过程回磷量,部分还有一定的脱磷效果。生产时添加该改质剂有回硅的趋势,但回硅量不大,能够满足生产要求,并能够降低渣中全铁含量。实验确定最佳改质剂加入量为80 kg/炉。

Abstract:A ladle slag modifier made from aluminum slag of making aluminum ingot or from leftover of electrolyzing Al2O3 was developed.It was applied to produce Q345C containing aluminum steel at Jinan iron and steel company.The results show that the modifier can increase the yield ratio of aluminum as well as get stable aluminum content.It can also increase desulphurizing efficiency,but not increasing the rephosphoration content while decreasing phosphorus content somewhat.There is a tendency of resilication in a pe...
