摘    要:在基于VQC实现变电站各级电压无功综合控制的基础上,探索县级电网多变电站VQC协调控制。通过通信子系统获取各变电站的开关状态和负荷信息,利用卡尔曼滤波法对次日负荷进行预测,然后使用离散无功优化模型及其扩展内点算法进行全网离散无功优化计算,在有限变压器分接头调整次数和电容器组投切次数约束下得到最优无功和最优电压运行曲线,在此基础上完成县级电网多台VQC定值设定。计算结果验证了所提出的算法的正确性、可靠性以及处理区域电网离散无功优化问题的能力。

Abstract:Based on the VQC harmony control in different substations,county harmony control by VQC for substations in regional power system is presented.The host station can get the information of load and states of switches through communication subsystems,then establish the model and forecast the load for the next day by using Kalman filter method,optimize the reactive power in the whole power grid utilizing the discrete reactive power optimization model and expanded interior-point algorithm,get the optimal curves of reactive power and voltage under the constraints of the adjusting times of transformer taps and the switching times of capacitor bank,and fix the harmony values of regional VQC.As the experiment shown,this algorithm has proved to be proper and reliable,and be capable to solve the regional discrete reactive power optimization.
